I'm a rapid cycler and I'm used to a few hours of depression, a few hours of hypomania and maybe a a few normal hours in each day, but now the depressive episode is taking too long. It's been about a week. I cut myself the night before last and now shock and guilt have been added to the depression. I'm getting sick of these ups and downs!

Have you spoken to your pdoc to change your meds? I used to be like that, until I started Wellbutrin.

A T is useful for you to understand if there are any underlying issues you can/need to work through to feel better.
I sure hope this depression lifts for you, as I really can empathise
Thanks for this!
