NO- don't you dare! If your meds aren't helping, go see your pdoc. It sounds like you're stressed or going through some kind of psychosis- either manic, or even depression. The meds will help you most of the time, but the wheels do get wobbly every now and again. It will pass!

Well, I hope you have the smarts about you still to talk to your pdoc. No one can "stop" you from not taking your medications. But hope your willing to endure the results of your actions. I dont know what your taking - and didnt take the time to try to find out - but surely something needs to be added or up'ed to help you better. Your the one that has to want to fix it, not throw a temper tantrum about not being perfect.

Sorry if this sounds like a slap in the face.....I truely hope you find the right solution for yourself.

I hope you don't quit your meds and talk to your doc because I bet you just need an adjustment. Sometimes that is all you need. I'm sorry you are having such a hard time. *hugs*

Don't quit your meds! See if you need an adjustment..I think when it comes to our BFs or hubs, it's really easy to believe they're going to leave us, or they're cheating, or whatever. It isn't really delusional as much as it is emotions taking a little to much space in our heads. Of course he forgave you - he loves you!

Take your meds. I have done what you're doing- skipping meds on purpose- and it landed me in mania and PER. My last mania episode a few weeks ago I hadn't missed any doses. You might feel great or you might feel like crap or you migh hallucinate. Most of all, mania has a kindling effect: every tine you have an episode, ots worse than the last one.

it makes sense, but it doesn't mean you should listen to it.
Yes mania can be so Damn enticing. But its too risky.
Not taking ur meds will in all likelihood drag you to some very bad places.
Be careful.
Try to resist.

////Yeah, that's what I said too a week ago Trippin....that I was quitting them. I got through two days without them, but at the end of day two started feeling shaky, very depressed, and not so well. Don't know if it was withdrawal effects from the meds or what; but changed my mind and resumed taking them. I'm sick to the teeth of this pill-popping rubbish though. But maybe you should think twice about doing that....
