Well, I guess I will vent now. First I take Haldol for 16 years and get side effects from that that I will have for the rest of my life. Now I'm on lithium and it mess with my thyroid so bad that I gained weight and feel like I'm dead all the time. My regular doc is gradually putting me on thyroid hormone. I also have a auto immune disease called Sjogren's Syndrome and I have to drink something all the time (diet coke) cause it makes my mouth dry, skin dry,and my feet are numb and tingle too. Oh, it can make a person feel like they're dead, too. They call it fatigue, but that's too light of a word for it.
Haven't been working much. My bills are overdue. My husband don't have the money to pay my bills. I'm gonna have to retire 2 years early and take a cut. I've talked to my docs and between my pain and fatigue I may get a day a week of work in.
It will be good to be with my husband. We have a good relationship.
I do have friends here, but we will see who will stay friends with me.
I wish I could work. I like to work. But I guess the time has come.
It's a wonder my bipolar hasn't flared up. I do have a good pdoc and therapst. I can't take Depakote. I tried it once for a week. And I hate anti-psyotics.
Well , talk to you later.

Well today is better. I am looking forward to retiring. My husband is estatic. My friends here at work are glad for me. And I got one in my area that really don't want me to go, but is happy for me.
I will be glad when the man who will be doing my paperwork gets it done and I can see what I will get and exactly when I will retire.
Thanks for all your help. It really does help. I'm glad I got a computer at home so I can stay in touch.
