I use to get anxious about it too, but in the last year it stopped (she diagnosed me in 2007 while I was in-patient). Part of the anxiety came from having to see her at the hospital where I was in-patient. Is that part of the issue for you or do you see your Psychiatrist at an office?

I still get anxious every time I see a therapist and when I've had to change therapist I end up balling my eyes out during my first appointment.
