Hi everyone,
I am in a partial program after my discharge from inpatient last week. I feel like I was spending much too much time online and since I was diagnosed with OCD (obsessive) I think I need to check in just a couple of times each week rather than most of the day every day.

I am still around, though.

Do whatever you need to take care of yourself.

Seconding what Merlin said.
And it's good to be able to identify things that can be problematic so as to try to get a handle on them.

We will miss having you around so much, but you need to do what is best for you. Will be looking forward to hearing how you are doing when you are on. Take care of yourself.

Thanks. It occurred to me today that I may be on another upswing. I woke up at 3 am and didn't back to sleep so I just went downstairs and watched tv for a while. Then I went to bed around 8 am and couldn't get to sleep so I have been up since about 3 am.

Fortunately I am in the partial and under the care of a doctor there who I am seeing tomorrow as well as my own p-doc who I see Tuesday. I had a stomach bug on Friday so I wonder if my depakote went low again.

We put in a wall around a garden today, worked on my son's science project, bought sneakers and an apple tree. I have always wanted a fruit tree in my yard.

I'll come back on in a few days.

Thank you so much for letting us know BNLs MOM.........that's a positive approach to recognizing and dealing with your OCD, and knowing that you are helping your self, makes it easier to not see your little green light on almost as much as mine is. I don't have OCD issues but I do struggle with some very, very difficult (actually hopeless) circumstances. I'll look for you and your little green light when you're here, and think of you often when you're not. Sending hugs and grey
