I feel as if my foot has slipped and I'm falling into the dark and cold depths of insanity. There is no emotion. There is no desire to do anything. There is only an inexplicable fear and anxiety.

I've often refered to this as being in limbo...you did mention that you were feeling fear and anxiety so its not completely void of emotion...Nothing wrong with these two emotions but you may want try to see where it is coming from if you can try to put it into words

Hi there.
Are you feeling better? As strange as this limbo stage may feel, it's better than either of the other 2 extremes. Check with your pdoc that your meds are not possibly too strong, not allowing you to feel..?

My life was a mess before I started karate and met my sensei (karate teacher) . She taught me a lot and helped me cope with my mental problems. But now it's like I've forgotten the things she taught me. It's like I'm going back to being what I was before I met her. I'm having trouble fighting my illness and I hate this situation

One of the many struggles I have with BP is knowing there will be relapses. Remember, Warrioress, that you have gotten thru these times before, and will get through again.
