I can relate to it, I know how you feel, mood swings? How are you right now? And why?
Thanks for this!

Definitely can relate, but I don't complain about it anymore. I try to amuse myself by tracking my moods. I keep telling myself it's better than a boring and monotonous life.

A mood stabiliser and Anti-dep helped me level out a lot more.
Like a yo-yo with a much shorter string, lol!
Therapy helped me through major depression, as well as informing your family and friends that support you. With education, they are able to understand support you more, which is what you need to stay as level as possible.

Are you still newly dx'd? It takes a while to reach that semi-even keel. But you'll get there
Thanks for this!

YES

fall/winter - happy, drunk, aroused, promiscuous, obsessive, confused
late winter/spring/early summer - ruminative, mildly tired, hungry, bloated, angry, sad
Thanks for this!
