Nearly 3am here and I am fully clothed sitting in livingroom watching tv.

Scared to go to sleep/insomnia back??? Haven't took medication tonight, don't want to take it. Feel alive. Sitting here on FB and reading up on things. Feeling good!!!

Scared I have my CPN in 10 hours time and my GP in 12 hours time. Its been a hard week and I know I need to sleep and get into a routine but I find it soo difficult to do this.

I wanna go out but I can't as I stay with my folks. My folks will kill me if I did this. Sooooo itching!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
