Well I guess the hypomania is over. I went to my granddaughters graduation from wee school. My ex husband was there and I guess that with all the financial worries has brought me down again. For awhile I was wishing I had means to end it all. I get so tired of all the pain and the roller coaster I live on. I have messed up my life because I let this illness control me and not the other way around. I will hopefully get some sleep tonight and maybe things will be better tomorrow. Anyway I remain hopeful.
