Saw the psych doctor yesterday and my celexa was increased. Today I am hypomanic. I am sitting here with absolutely no desire to sleep. He gave me some ambien but then I couldnt wake up this morning so I am not taking that tonight. I have to get my sleep back to normal so I can start back to working. This illness is so tiring but I am determined not to let it define me. There has to be a balance somewhere.
Thanks for this!
