so i dont think i have bipolar, not really a cure just the realisation that it was probably the wrong diagnosis all along.
Im some other garden variety crazy, a rose by another name, the girl with the thorn in her side, but obviously not bi-pole-larrrr!
Im just lazy sometimes and not lazy others....like today i walked 12 km, cause im going in a fun run/walk! But tomorrow i may be lazy becauae we are poor and it makes me sad.
I just wanna sleep now, i was angry a minute ago, not quite feeling myself today, must be all the exercise.
Anyway i hope i can still chat to you all, i remember what the mood swings are like even if they are in the past now. I was never a fraud you know? Just misinterpreted by doctors.
Ok take care everybody!!!!!!!!!!

I don't to be encouraging you in anything... you need to find your way.

Labels do not matter. You being comfortable in your skin and your life is what should matter.

I am glad you have managed to feel comfortable and happy within yourself. Or at least accepting of you and what you are, and embracing it as such

A few days ago I was feeling much better, arranged an appointment with the doctor, because I thought I could cut down on my meds, maybe even come off them. Last night I had to call the out of hours doctor out because I was just so terrified. I hope your cure isn't like mine, rapidcycla. (((hug)))

Being "cured" is not about not having feelings, but about being more or less comfortable with them and knowing how to handle them. I came to terms with that they will always be there... so better learn to live with it.
