I am so freakin manic. Have been for about 3 days now. Can't sleep more than a few hours at night and I just want to keep going and going like the energizer bunny doing all kinds of things. I am going to organize files and filing cabinets now. It is 2 am. I don't feel I need sleep. I have never ever been this manic before. Wow what a feeling! I like this side of it better....Wonder how long it will last. Hopefully long enough that I can get tons of things done that I have needed done for so long, right?!!

Manic or hypomanic? Not to be a killjoy, but be careful of the other things that come along with it, especially at work.

Yep...been there!

Now would be a good time to work on the "opposites". You may feel you don't need sleep, but we know we need it whether we feel we do or not...right? So start with trying on strategies to help you calm the energy so your mind/body can get the rest it needs!

Enjoy the up feeling and harness it to do the things you know are good for you!
