Or so that's how it feels. Either everyone around me has something better to do than spend time with me or even talk to me, or I am rambling and pushing everyone away.

Right when I feel like I am having a great conversation, people tend to cut me off and excuse themselves.

OR ... I am over analyzing things again and it's all in my head ... all I want is to have someone listen for a minute. I guess I am just lonely and clingy.

I don't know if to chuck this to BP or pregnancy hormones

oh well ... thanks for reading

I don't know if it's the same thing but when I talk to people I always think that they are thinking I sound stupid or aren't really listening to me. I don't really have advice but I wanted you to know that you are not alone
Thanks for this!

I used to really get offended when someone abruptly ended the conversation untill I realised how hard it can be to end a conversation nicely! Don't take it personally, it is just the way things are in this busy world. One thing I have found helps is when you start a conversation always ask to make sure the other person is not really busy.

I feel the same way. There are certain people that no matter what I do, I'm sticking my foot in my mouth. I haven't got it all figured out, but the ones that seem to be live nerves to what I say....I'm learning to avoid.

I have classic foot-in-mouth disease, especially when I am hypomanic. I guess that's what makes us interesting? People shouldn't be so easily offended. I mean, we try, right?

I get easy offended when I feel like someone is trying to run away from me instead of listen too. But I try to remind myself that a lot of people are just not good listeners. I mean we all want to talk right, but a lot of people are not good at the taking turns part. Or at least that's what I gather.

Blackpup's tip was great tho, making sure they have time first.. gonna try that.

When I was pg umm oh nightmare. I would think for sure your pregnancy hormones have a bit of role here.

Thanks guys!! Even when I posted this I thought to myself "no one is going to understand what I mean less alone care" ... I am so glad I signed in today and found I am not alone and people DO care!

I am going to start my conversations with "is this a good time, I was hoping to talk to you" ... it might just relieve some stresses.
