Does any one know how I can stop myself from feeling restless an agitated. I can't get comfy and I want to do something but I don't know what. I don't want to watch TV and I don't want to read or play on my x-box I'm not tired even though its nearly 11pm. I've been like this for about a week now. Any tips would be greatly appreciated thanks!

I usually review my toolbox from my WRAP plan. One of the things in there is a list of stuff to do. If you don't have one you could google "healthy coping ideas" or "thing to do"

Some of mine...take a shower, go for a walk, read something at pc, phone a friend, suduko, puzzles, talk to my therapist or other support person, mind mapping, art therapy, read, board game, relax outside, guided relaxation, etc...

I don't have a WRAP but my sister in law has said she'd do one with me. I took a shower and sometimes that helps. It didn't help much today. It's now 1am and I can't sleep. There's not really much to do with it being so late and I can't concentrate much to read. Thank you for your ideas, I really appreciate them. Will try some out 2morrow if I'm still the same.
