I started working and all is not going well. I am feeling suiiii again. I am trying everything to snap out of this depression but nothing seems to be working. I want to just cry and I am not even able to do that. I don't seem to know which way to go. I am going to call psych dr tomorrow and hope there is something we can do.

try to take each moment as it comes and don't let things overwhelm you. Take time off sick if you need to. wishing you all the best for a quick recovery and that you pdoc can help you. It takes time to get the meds working properly so don't give up, it will get better.

I hope you make that call and gets you the help you need. Still thinking of you. Try to go easy on yourself right now. You've got lots going on.

Thanks for this!

I'm sorry to hear. Look after yourself foremost. It may be a consideration to contact your company's HR department if you feel necessary and comfortable with it.
I agree that taking leave is also a very good option

I saw a different dr. today. Mine is on vacation. I had to agree to have someone with me or she would ivc me. I am in a mixed episode. She is weaning off the celexa thinking that the antidepressant is causing it. I am hanging in the best I can. Don't like being babysat but I didn't want to go in the hospital either. Thanks for all the support.
