My car had to be towed to mechanic yesterday

I’ve had a racing mind and can’t focus

I was going g on only 3-4 hrs sleep yesterday

I’m over it

My t is in vacation all freaking week. He said I can maybe get an emergency appt with a colleague of his if my tactile hallucinations got worse and I needed it it this is not that. I wish he was there :’(

Yep, remember to breathe from your belly. It will decrease anxiety.

Talked the the t. She said my insurance wouldn’t cover it but it was only $25 for a check in with her for $15 minutes. I was crying. Couldn’t help myself.

She helped me remember coping skills I can try. I’m ok right now but I just keep feeling exhausted and unmotivated and sad
