My hospital discharge note said under diagnosis that I was suffering Cyclothymia (milder form of BP.I - although i think it is full blown BP.I) and Borderling Personality disorder.

I came out thinking,,, well which one is it???

Or is it actually possible to have both

Im confused

You can have many things at one time. Bipolar and Borderline go hand and hand a lot, and you can have OCD and ADD. a splash of everything. Fun huh?

I suffer from both and it SUCKS!! Sometimes I find it hard to decide which one I'm dealing with at the moment, and yes it's REALLY BAD when they rear their ugly heads at the same time!! Best of luck!

i have both. it's hard to fathom. sometimes i feel incredibly bipolar other times i am sure that i'm just borderline. but like all mental disorders, they invariably act and/or trigger others.
