Thanks. Just want to stay in bed, knock myself out with sleeping tabs, and let this wave pass. Now back on the hunt for a new job. And stopped therapy, so I'm not quite sure who I can actually reach out to, without overwhelming them
This stupid BP really puts stupid thoughts and emotions into our heads!

Thanks. Having a drink and didn't meet up with my manager. Took a few Klonopin during the day, and got my pdoc to send a script for more Klonopin and some sleeping tabs. I want Dormicum, but don't think that's going to happen. Probably a good thing.
I only have 0.5mg klonopin tablets. Consider I drive and work in the corporate world, how many can I take and how often?
I was so emotional today. Was meant to see my HR lady, but chickened out.
I think I want to hide. The weekend was good for me.
Out the blue tho, I have a possible new job in the pipelines. Same job, different company. Not getting my hopes up, but it's there.
Thanks for all your support. It means a lot to me, and keeps me going. Xxx

Interview with a new company in 4 hours. Came out the blue; daunting. Especially in my frame of mind. Klonopin???

If I remember....that dose of Kolonopin is pretty low, and Klonopin is one of the milder anxiety meds. I'm pretty sure you'll be okay if you take another. If you're really stressed you may want to as for some xanex. That's what I'm on now instead of the Kolonpin.

I wish you a rapid turn around back to a good patch. The bad patches are so tough to get through. Sounds to me like with the new job possibility that's likely to be part of what is triggering you. I sincerely hope that things will work out to your satisfaction. Be kind to yourself.

Thanks. Somewhat better day today, just tired because I didn't get enough sleep (stayed up chatting all evening, whoops)
Thanks for your words of encouragement

Getting bogged down with work. Too much going on, not time for myself, no time for my horses, just exhausted even after 8 hours sleep. I'm barking at people, and starting to feel depressed.
Doubting my ability at anything. And my bf is also so caught up in his own world, that he hardly listens to me when I reach out.
Where to from here? I have such anxiety in the mornings, and feel like I just want to burst into tears when someone looks at me

I've been there, and it just breaks my heart, hearing your words. I really wish a big turn around for you and soon.

Specially the reaching out and not feeling heard. That's so hard, I don't really know what else to say. Just that I am thinking of you and wishing the best your way.

Glad to hear you're doing better outside of work and getting through your day there. You're probably home by now and hopefully can relax a little this weekend. It sounds like time with your horse is very therapeutic for you. I hope you can get some time with him this weekend. Hang in there...it will pass.

Hi guys;
Weekend away was good, but back at work. I need a change. I am such a different person on weekends.
I hate coming here and it really brings out the worst in me

Maybe you will like working in the new company more, if that works out. Good luck!

Hey guys.
Pls hold thumbs for me that I do manage to move internally to the IT department. Something came up yesterday, and I'm super excited.
Work goes on as usual. Managed to ride my horse yesterday. Still feeling a bit flat, but I think a lot better than when I started this thread

Doesn't it ever?! I'm going through a really rough patch myself and I'm constantly bombarded with negative thoughts. Just today I started feeling extremely bad and I had to put on the brakes and focus hard on being positive, which is seemingly impossible when your brain is wired differently.

I totally understand how you're feeling.

It takes a lot of courage to put the brakes on and stay focused. And it's amazing how the first things we tend to neglect, are the really basic ones; the essence of life
