I've mistakenly taken my night meds in the morning and had to run errands while almost falling asleep. It can happen so very easily.

I use those compartmentalized pill boxes that hold a week's supply. Using one for all meds was leading to me taking the wrong ones. Now I have separate "pill minders" for day and bedtime, and they look completely different. That stopped the mistakes.

Thanks for responding. I'm pretty sure I'll be okay. Just slept during the daytime and pretty hyped up through the night.

I use the pill box as well. Normally that keeps me straight on them but I had a really stressful day yesterday and when I get stressed my concentration and short term memory take a fall. Pretty sure that's what happened.
