Hi all

I just want to know if anyone else finds that they have to try very hard every. Day to cope, get out of bed, keep face and do household chores? I really am trying my best, but seem to be failing miserably since the other day soMeone told me she doesn't think I'm trying at all. That has really stuck with me. Does it make aNy sense to keep trying so hard when no-one sees it? I really feel like giving up.

GM, I try hard each day, too, but I set my own goals and don't let others push their (negative) views on me. If you know you're trying, don't let someone else tell you youre not.

I can def sympathize with you. My family knows of my dx yet I get the same impression. I agree with the previous poster that we have to set our own goals and define what success looks like in our lives and go after that.
