I quit taking my mood stabalizer about 4 months ago and after vacation depression hit. well, lets just say I had certain expectations for my gf. thinking she should be my rock and listen whenever I needed. How selfish of me. I became jealous that she was spending time with her friends and I thought I had every right to cry and make a fuss whenever I needed. I mean damn it, I'm bipolar, I thought it was my right. This weekend I got a huge awakenimg when my gf said how can she be there for me when she feels stiflled and can't do anything. I have been going to coda which is awesome for me. I have almost three months which is great but without my mood stabalizer its not working, I can't think straight. So last night I started my emergency dose of depakote at 100mg for one week and then 2 after that. I will go to the doc this Friday for a check up

I'm sorry you're having a hard time, hopefully the meds and a pdoc can help you sort things out.
