Just a little bit of a useless post for us hypomanics to keep each other entertained.
I usually sleep 9 hours. Last night we had a few drinks, ended up at the casino, bed at 2AM, woke up before my alarm at 6:45 (not even 5 hours of sleep), feel a little terrible after drinking last night but still carrying on.

Talking at a rate of knots, running from one office to another, feel like I'm bouncing, doing a whole lot of things at once, and STARVED. And quite happily telling the rest of the world where to get off and what I feel about them. I can do no wrong. Guess that's quite textbook stuff-hey?
Can't say I've been this distinctly hypomanic in a good while
Thanks for this!

Whoop whoop! High 5 Mel!
Was driving the bf's sports car last night, after a few drinks too. Gave it a bit of a gallop-glad everyone's safe and sound

Trippin'.... Thanks!
Yes, I was 'driving the bf's car' and not 'drinking the bf's car'... Haha

Bit tired now, but had a HUGE baked potato for lunch.

Miss Laura - holding thumbs for you! You must be super excited :-)

I got some sleep last night about 5 hours I only got 3 hours on Monday I feel less buzz today which sucks!! I was HYPER on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. I am lucky I can hide mines from the real world so people don't question me

The past week I've done next to nothing but today is so great I cleaned my bathroom and livingroom and now I'm trying to make my own craft box out of old xmas decorations and newspaper. Sometimes I feel so productive.. I just wish I could stop talking to myself.

Yesterday was really a little over the top. Today I'm tired and flat.
Even decided to stop smoking-cold turkey-so it's been about 30 hours.
Headache and tired today. Just cannot fall into that dark spot...

I have an e-cig. They are pretty cool. But you have to remember to charge them, have the drops available... And it's not quite the same.
I mainly smoke cos I'm bored. I'm doing ok. It's not a cash thing for me.
But feeling a bit down after yesterday. No more hypomania for me

I quit smoking 3 years ago. My GP told me that they did a study on people with mood disorders and they found that they were not able to quit, so I wanted to show her that I could quit smoking. The thing is is that I never wanted to get away from the nicotine because it is what everyone gets addicted to.

I am still chewing nicotine gum after 3 years, but she told me that is was much better than smoking.

I am going to try to give up the gum on Monday to see how I do, and I know it won't be pretty.
