Well like some of you know I didnt take my meds last night so I have been up all night. Feeling great. I just want you to know that I DIDNT use coke! But I think the main reason for that is cause I had no money and no where to get it from. But thats neither here nor there. Cant wait to go shopping today. But I know I need to becareful that I dont spend the rent money which could be easily done. I will keep you posted on how this mania progresses.

Please get yourself into a position where you cannot spend more money than you can afford, and stay away from drugs.
Why did you stop your meds? Is this under supervision? You need to get your sleep, else you really risk a big crash

When and if you go shopping, just take the money for the rent and put it somewhere else. You can control if you spend the rent money or not. Just take with you the money you have after the rent money.

You can do it!!!

Also, please take your meds. I know you are feeling pretty damn awesome right now, but people with BP Disorder need sleep and if you go without sleep too long, you will go into full blown mania if you are BP1.

I know the feeling well of wanting to be hypo because I am ususally in that state, but ever since I was put on 30 mg of Abilify, I feel as stable as I can be and miss the hypo very much, but know that my hypo sometimes go into full blown mania for me and it is dangerous for me to be in that state.

Also, even if you could afford coke, and knew where to get it from, it is not a good idea because coke makes you more manic and gives you the feeling of euphoria, but it doesn't last long and you will have to keep buying and doing more in order to keep your high. I know this because I was a coke head in my 20's and you could never get enough of the stuff to keep the high, so you crash and have to do more and more of it to keep your high which costs so much money. So please do not buy any coke if you have the money because it is a very addictive drug and a very expensive habit to have.

That is great you didn't get the coke, no matter the reason. I just hope you will refrain from getting it in the future. Try calling your pdoc today for samples, it is really not good you are off your meds no matter how great you feel. Like the saying goes: what goes up must come down and with bipolar you can crash hard. Please take care of yourself.

No the going off meds is not supervised. I started feeling good and stopped taking them.
