Just take it day by day and if you can tell its not gonna be a good place for you and will most likely result in a bad outcome, get out while you can. find something that interests you. maybe something you can be your own boss at.
good luck Moose

I have an interview with a meat packing plant tomorrow I also figure the job will suck on the other hand it is probably way better than sitting home moping all day. I've done a lot of different work in my life and any work is better than no work so good luck!!!

So far is tiring but not as boring as I thought- thought it is very very repetetive. The boss came by at the end of my shift and said "good job!" so that's good.

Sounds like it is going a little better the you expected and it sounds like your boss is noticing your good work. Good job.

I have not been able to work since 1997 however I did work as a bouncer in a bar for about a year. I got all I wanted to drink for free...loved that job.

Thank you, Anika.

I guess being glad for having a job and being motivated to keep it shows. I was scared too- I still am. Next step is my own apartment.
