So I'm feeling kinda all over the place at the moment. One minute well not a minute I'm really high then I'm down and all I want to do is cry.I h8t feeling this way so I've brought the mask out which I use to try and hide whats really going on for me,if you know what I mean then I keep it all in me I know I can only do this for abit but my family think I'm in a great place and mental health told me yesterday that I was doing great.I thought if only everyone knew the truth. So I'm kinda sharing abit this way.Does anyone else put a mask on ?if so how does this work out for you ? thanks

I do it all often. I don't like for people to worry about me. My T has said that I want to be a "model" patient and I put on a mask so that the pros see me as cooperative and that I get well easily. I am starting to take my masks down because I really do want to get better.

I definitely wear a mask... but then I feel frustrated, because I want somebody to realise that I'm not okay and offer me support... then if the mask does slip I get angry at myself for letting someone in... conflicted.com!!!

I wear a mask all the time also. I do not like anyone to worry about me, especially my husband.

I've been wearing the mask for so long I don't know how to take it off. I know I need to so I can get better just not ready yet.
