By the time they get to theraputic levels ? Abilfy seemed so good the first week or so but the last couple of days I've been so down with it

Yes....meds cam stop working and when that happens you need a med change. Talk to your Pdoc about your issues.

happens to me all the time esp. With antipsychotics. They will be good for first little while then bam more psychosis. I hope your pdoc sorts this out for you.
