I'm kinda worried b/c I have cut my Risperdal. It was just making me feel anxious, restless and fearful. Also I am taking some old Doxepin for sleep, which they don't want me on b/c I guess it can create mania. They will prob put me on Seroquel for sleep which at this point I am willing to do, however the weight gain....

I will be on 3 meds that can create weight gain and I am gaining. I don't feel back in mania although I do feel a bit scattered so maybe I am, hell idk. I wish all this was easier. I hope it goes well and she understands why I cut the risperdal back.

I really struggle with sleep. I have had to increase Seroquel up to 200 mg and Topomax up to 200mg. I am so sick of this bipolar thing. Any body else get tired of dealing with it as well. I wish I was just normal, whatever that is. I am finally sleeping though, it is still fitful though. I may need to increase again. Who knows. This in itself is exhausting. And it looks like ppl change meds often. I was hoping to be put on one or two meds and be done with it. I guess that was wishful thinking. I don't mean to be negative, I really don't. I am scared honestly. Since that psychosis I haven't been the same and fear ever going back there so I am willing to be on five meds. Know what I mean? I also have PTSD so that is the sleeping issue I think it is like a panic when it comes to sleep b/c throughout this I was having horrid nightmares. I hope I get everything figured out soon. One good thing the Seroquel does calm me down more, which is good just wish it didn't increase appetite like it does. Hope everyone is well and thx for being there even if it is through the computer.
