Do any of you guys reccommend any websites about bipolar, spec. what we deal with on a day to day basis and so on?

My dad seems to be in denial about this, and Iwould like to forward him some good website where he can read through and truly understand what im going through.

Thanks,
Vanessa

Most websites that are reliable just tell diagnostic symptoms, cause, treatments, etc... not how it feels to be bipolar.

I would also beware of how much they push the "lack of insight" and inability to control your doings... because you know... you don't want to end up with them thinking that you cannot live your life for yourself.
