I don't see my pdoc till the end of October. I was very manic, and have switched to depression, I don't know if I should be winging it here, or calling for an urgent app. I have never done well on ad's I guess that is making me think what is the point of calling, on the other hand I am struggling to get through each day right now.. Not to mention I am tired from the last episode.

Also I am awaiting treatment for anorexia, and the depression is making me even less hungry, eating barely anything. I know that should be a reason to call, I guess I just am not sure here. As I am awaiting treatment, not in treatment.

when is the time to call in this senerio?

(((((Anika))))). Really hate you are feeling so rough.
Are you saying that AD's don't help you? Or they make you ill, as in you eat less?
You can only go so long without eating! Please consider trying to get an earlier a ppt. & maybe your T or pdoc can get you into rx for your anorexia.
Take care of your self.

Listen to everyone else and call. You are important, and you need to take care of yourself. Your pdoc may suggest something that you haven't thought of. Perhaps you can be put on a mood stabilizer with strong anti-d effects, like lamictal.

I hope you feel better soon.

Thanks Sometimes I'm really just not sure. And sometimes I think I can handle it all. I'll make the call on Monday. I've been taken ny omegas and d's and b's hoping it would help, working out and forcing my self into a busy routine. But it doesn't seem to be helping much.

I would second, third, fourth, etc. the advice to CALL your pdoc. Situations like you are experiencing are the reason for emergency appts. I am glad that you are planning to and hope the planning turns into action. Good job on the self-care, even if it's not enough.
