I have recently observed a strange feeling where my heart is, like it's something touching inside my heart and even gently pushing - it's more prominent when I'm depressed. Anyone with this?

When I was still working this spring, I woke each morning with a feeling of dread for the day. I didn't want to get out of bed and go to work. The dread was like a giant fist inside my chest pressing on my heart and lungs. It was heavy. It felt just awful.

I can feel the pushing at the heart... but that's when I'm feeling sorta panicky.

Yes, sort of and it spreads out in my limbs and I get so, so, so tired I feel like I'm made of clay then the pain starts. Sometimes when I'm depressed and crying I'm only crying because I'm in so much physical pain for no reason except that I'm crazy. It's useless.

I was worrying I might have a serious problem there, especially because sometimes I get a twitch in my whole left side of the chest, like my heart's about to stop or something like that...

I get that twitch sometimes, too. You're not alone.
