And I found out that my pdoc doesn't have any openings before my actual appointment, which is November 11th.
HOWEVER, the woman in charge of medication changes said to call her every day to see if there will be a cancellation soon. I asked her "Won't me calling you every day be incredibly annoying?" And she said "No, not at all". So, this is a good thing. She can't just get my pdoc to change my meds because he only does this in emergencies (ie, if someone is suicidal, and I'm not close to feeling that way). And that makes sense to me. If he had to make changes in between appointments for every person who felt they needed higher/lower dosages...well, he'd be even busier than he is now! So, I will be making regular calls for a sooner appointment. Please cross your fingers for me, I could use all the luck/thoughts/prayers I can get! ![]() |

Good luck! Having such a busy doctor usually means that he/she is really good. I hope that you'll get the appointment you need sooner rather than later.

Does your doc have a NP or PA that you could see sooner?
