For once in a long time I feel stable. I am taking all my meds correctly. I feel really good but not manic good. Just feel good about life right now and happy with where I am concerning my bipolar.
Thanks for this!

Good for you! I'm feeling more stable now too and coming up from depression. Still tweaking the meds and I have to add physical exercise to the mix but it sure beats being down in the dumps...

That's awesome!
I'm coming out of a manic episode, actually one of the worst I've ever had. I have been like a zombie for the past week or so though with all the med changes...up, up and up, then Pdoc says "oops to much", then going back down, down....ugh.
But have felt kinda "normal" yesterday and so far today. Still I was told to rest do to "exhaustion after mania", so plan to still do that for another day or two at least. Gee maybe I will be stable myself shortly. When I say stable I mean not only my mood, but with normal motivation and energy as well.... I want my life back!!!
