Anyone read this book? I was given it by my doc to read just wondering if its worth my time

I don't believe the title is offensive, it is just part of the Dummies series which concentrates on starting at the beginning, not assuming any prior knowledge. It is an excellent book. (I also have XP for Dummies, Calculus for Dummies and Drawing for Dummies... I like the Dummies series)

Started reading through it today its not bad I guess if you don't know anything to start ig could be really helpful

I own it.... Its more Americanised though so not helpful for us Scots!! But I found it alright the sectons I could read and relate to.

Examples I don't need to pay healthcare insurance etc so chunks were not useful

I hate the series title too.

I don't know about the Bipolar one, but I have the Borderline one, and it's REALLY good, very compassionate and helpful.

There's a borderline one too I should try and find it. I like the book now I havnt been able to put it down I'm almost done it
