I feel like I could laugh kill and cry all at once my chest is pounding my side hurts I'm trembling and twitching trying to hold it together help me

Call your psych dr's office. Or, if you think it will take too lOng call the psych ER. I just had to leave work Friday for weird Bp symptoms and then landed in the PER two days later. Better safe - you sound like you aren't able to concentrate to work too.

Talk to your manager, tell them you're not well and need to make an urgent medical appointment. Do work know about your illness?

They do though I wonder if they understand too well just called someone to replace me its just getting worse

If it's getting worse you definitely need to go home or better yet to the hospital, so you can get help ASAP.

Ever tried meditation? Best way to calm down that I've found. Just breathe. Focus on breathing, and let go of all other thoughts as they arise.
Harder to do than it sounds, but if you're focusing everything on breathing, then you're not freaking out about anything else. |

I don't know I've never gotten so hyped up without a reason. I am getting better now that I'm home though

I thought I was manic this past weekend but they said I was hypomanic- even with hallucinations.

Well, either way if it is bothering you and it obviously is, then you need a med adjustment, before it does turn into mania. Just my 2 cents.

Don't be afraid or embarrassed about going to the hospital or calling your pdoc for help. It sounds like you might be in a critical situation. I would get help if I were you.

Just slept for the last six hours after finding a couple ativan to take I feel a lot better and I have an appointment with my pdoc tomorrow I think ill be good after that thanks for the help everyone sorry for making people worry
|

Please be honest when you see your Pdoc, if you need to be in a safe environment- let the doc know that. Otherwise, I would advise writing all the symptoms down you've been having, so you don't forget- that is if forgetfulness is one of your symptoms.

Just wrote my entire week down for the doc he's going to be busy tomorrow with me that's for sure I just hope he's ready
