So, no, I'm not dead or locked up. Just had a change in plans and switched days with the other night guy, giving me 8 days off.

A tongue ring, new tattoo, a lot of tequilla, and a lot of sex later, I'm refreshed and ready to take on the nightshift

BTW, I got hired full-time. Now just gotta pass the physicals and I'm in!

Haven't even read my pm's yet, so I'll be getting back to you all as the night goes on. Got a PILE of recieving, so I'll be spotty til the AM.

I tend to get tattooed when hypomanic... I'm up to 8, I think? One of them has been embellished so it would be 9 if they were separate. Sometimes I'm smart enough to plan them in advance, but getting them is almost always mood-related.

I have a Grover (from Sesame Street), alien, Rabbit (from Pooh), cheshire cat, gnome, and shield with a banner that says "Vita Brevis, Ars Longa" on my back, a leafy vine around my left upper arm, and a Hawaiian flower and bird on my right upper arm/shoulder.

At least I've cut back on the piercings?
