Always go with your Pdoc diagnosis. They are highly skilled at diagnosing (they are MD's), a therapist is not. However, if your therapist is not in the office of your Pdoc then sign a release for your therapy visit notes to be faxed to Pdoc, so he knows what therapist is saying- if Pdoc still says your BP, then case closed.

Personally, I would go with my psychiatrist's diagnosis. They are far more trained to make a proper diagnosis. However, therapist's opinions are important to consider as well. Mentioning to your psychiatrist what your therapist thinks could be useful, because then maybe he/she will agree that you have PTSD (as well as Bipolar).
