I haven't had manic euphoria in a few years now since I started taking Lamictal. I still get manic, but I just get irritable, violent and angry. Lamictal makes me cycle less, but it is so miserble with this negative mania. Just reminising about the high feeling it would give me. I miss feeling on top of the world. Are there other ways to get those feelings? I really want it back.

Those feelings can happen in a healthy way. When you are truely happy with life and are prepared to live it to the fullest.
Unhealthy mania leads to hurt and a whole host of other negatives I'm sure you know about |

The only thing I can think of which is healthy is a runners high. But you don't get it till you've been training for weeks. However, when it hits it's blumming brilliant.

I know of very unhealthy ways to get it back again, however, will keep them to myself.
Whenever I am missing the hypo, and have a little extra cash, I go shopping for things that I just don't really need. Retail Therapy brings out the great feelings in me.
