I need to tell someone about where
my mental state has been today. Started
the day feeling insecure, then I felt
grandiose with extreme sexual feelings; finally released
myself, then homicidal thoughts, then
hearing crashing sounds downstairs and
having confusion, then a guilty, shameful feeling with
fear mixed with a paranoi and now currently
feeling depressed. I am new at analyzing
myself and I have a lot of trouble looking
back at past moods, almost like it wasn't
me or evading the fact that I ever had them.
Feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
