Hey guys,
Thanks a lot for the replies and support. Unfortunately I did do something silly, and was in hospital for a couple of days whilst they stabilised my condition and also changed my meds a bit.

It put a smile on my face visiting the forum today and seeing this replies and the care that people have expressed. So thanks a lot for that, it really does help

Arwh thank you
I'm feeling better on the most part, just tired and groggy from the lorazepam they prescribed.

Thanks for your reply, very much appreciated (as always)
