Well for all those I chatted with this weekend, I wanted to let you know I made it through it. The whole thing! (5 hours) Didn't even have to use my exit strategy. I had a panic attack on the way there and had anxiety about it all weekend but I did it! My brother brought his new gf so a lot of the attention went on her and getting to know her instead of on me(woo hoo!) Came home emotionally drained but I did make it though. *sigh* I even feel okay today. I have been so depressed for months. Then manic last week. Thenk anxious this week. Today I feel alright. (which is a huge victory for me) Now If I could only get to Good or Awesome.......but I will hold on to okay for today

I also wanted to ask anyone that wouldn't mine sharing....

Do you have a written down schedule you adhere to or do you just take it day by day and do the best you can? It seems I never get done what I intend to. And honestly when I'm depressed I don't take care of myself the way I should (hygiene etc. So I was wondering if I had a schedule for normal, one for depressed, one for manic if that would help or not really?

The reason I ask is I'm trying to adjust my sleep schedule. I usually go to bed around 3-4 am but lately 5-6 am and dont get up till 2-3 in the afternoon. I have an internship coming up in jan/feb that I need to be at early in the mornings.

So tonite I'm shooting for 1-2 am and then hopefully gradually scale it back. If you adjust your sleep how do you go about it? Thanks for any input/insight you can give.
