This week has been a shocker. I got bitten on the face by a dog, then missed my graduation because my hubby's car broke down and now my car has totally died.
I totally don't feel capable of fixing things and just want to curl up and cry (have been doing a lot of that) I just wonder why all these things are happening. It was meant to be a great holiday and now it's turned to crap.

I can totally relate to your week.My hubby got bit on the face by our dog a couple of days ago,then went to do a favor for a relative and got stopped by the cops and got a ticket,we have allmost no heat in our house,two of my kids are coming home tommorrow and we dont even have a christmas tree,and of course we have no money for gifts,so yes I can relate to what you are going thru,HOPE things get better for you I will say a prayer for you and your family (hope you don't mind) it allways makes me feel there is a light at the end of the tunnel at least a little one.  BlackPup! That is a rough week indeed. It'd make me want to curl up and cry too. For sure. Please keep posting so we can help getting through it, ok? I know you are a person of faith. (Though it's a subject I avoid, it occurs to ask...) Do you think it might be of help in separating the feelings from your events of the week from the holiday?Lots of to you!

BP My, when it rains it pours...next week has got to be better. Let's hope so, and the holidays are still days away. There is some time to recuperate and regroup.

Thanks guys for all your support.
The bite is luckily more of a graze than a puncture and is not infected so is healing well... Still haven't sorted out the car yet. Going away tomorrow for a couple of days break. Hopefully that will go ok

Grrrr..... trying to get ready to go away and the house is a huge mess and its all too stressful. I just want to curl up and cry
 This is meant to be my holidays (I have a week off work before Christmas) and all it is turning out to be is one stress after another....
