So, I know I've posted recently that things have been difficult but now things really seem to be going okay and I wanted to share. :3

I'm still falling asleep but drinking coffee has helped a lot, my depressive episodes are happening less and less now... But best of all, I just had a date! It got over about thirty minutes ago. x3

He came over and watched two movies with me, I rested my head on his shoulder during the end of the second one and he also held my hand.

So things really are going pretty well, even if I am still nervous about everything in my life. I've learned you just got to take it one day at a time and that's what I'm trying to do.

Thanks for the support recently, it's helped a lot!

That's so good to hear from you! WoW!
One day at a time is really a very sensible way to live.
You just keep on putting one foot in front of another & I hope you end up with sunshine & rainbows & all the best life has in store for you!

Sounds like great progress for you - I should take a hint and work on that "one day at a time" thing.

Hope it keeps improving, and congrats on the date! Sounds like it went very well. Dating is a tricky business, but trust your elders when we say it's not the be-all and end-all in defining your value as a person (as a lot of people seem to think it to be.) In any case, enjoy the romance and fun of it!

That's great! I"m so happy for you! One day at a time is all anyone can do.

I'm glad your date went well. I say just take it slow and easy and I agree with AniManiac, you have to keep hold of yourself. Especially with bipolar I think we must hold on to ourselves even more so than not-bipolar people. Hopefully he is a great person and you have more fun dates!

This post made me "arwh" out loud!

This is FANTASTIC news. One step at a time is definitely the best way to do things...really happy for you that things have been going so well!

Remember to keep control of and stay aware of your emotions, though!
