Hey, what are you still doing up at 3:30?
Just popping by to say hi, but sorry I need to go because if I don't go sit on the couch with BF tonight, he'll be very pouty. And I don't want a replay of yesterday...

You cannot sleep trippin?

Stay with the people here and talk to them. I am also just popping in as I have a lot to do.

Do you have anything to help you sleep?

Awww thanks for popping in. Tell bf not to be jealous of me, I'm harmless
what am i doin you ask... Not tired, I've been in bed since 22:00, but so far, I'm just lurking online. The weirdest thing just happened tho, I thought I imagined my brother on a staircase scolding his son. And before I knew it he was shouting so loud in gibberish that i looked up and wanted to tell him to 'shut up'. As I looked out my bedroom door I realized we do not have a staircase (never have) and that my entire family is fast asleep. LOL Imagine if I hadn't looked up and just yelled loudly!

Thanks Melissa. I've noticed that more often that not my regular pattern consists of 4 hrs max per night (regardless of mood or cycle) until I'm exhausted beyond belief and then manage 6hrs for a week, then back to 'normal'. Most days I don't mind, but it get's lonely ya knw...
