Tomorrow I turn 31 years old.

31 years of being on this rollercoaster called bipolar disorder.

I hope the next 31 are more peaceful.

Happy Birthday tomorrow. At your age, I'd think you could look forward to much better management in the near future both in therapy & medications.

And you can focus on bringing more peace into your life. If you're not doing yoga & meditation now, start learning how. Learn to live in the present moment. Learn deep breathing. So much that can start right here at PC! Go for it!

Happy birthday... 31 is a great year.

I'm feeling constantly a little freaked out by coincidences right now, so rather than dwell on them I'm stating what they are to draw the sting. So... I was freaked out by 31 because when I looked at the bipolar thread I saw that there were 31 viewers. I thought... they're doing threads now on who's online... Then I thought, "oh shut up Mgran, don't be stupid!!!"

So I'm delighted that I checked the thread out, discovered there was nothing dodgy about it (like it turning to 32 when I logged on...)

Sorry, I'm being daft.

Happy birthday!

Happy birthday! My ex just turned 40 today- and I will be 40 in March. Here's to your 30's. I grew quite a bit- in part due to learning to live with bipolar.

Happy birthday!!!

I was so scared of turning 30, but you know 30's can be great years. A seemingly little more grounded place than 20's. I hope you have a great year, and years to come.

Roadrunner with an excellent suggestion there. Yoga and meditation have really allowed myself to grow and get comfortable with myself and connect. As well as practicing mindfulness, just being in the present.
