Sometimes the right path is the hardest one. It's better this way - really!

Stick to what you know you really do need to do: make sure you're getting the care you need and keep your friends and loved ones in the loop so that they can be supportive too. We're all rooting for you!

Going into hospital today. So obviously I won't be online for a while. Depending on how long I'm in there.

Bipolar life has it's ups and downs

Currently experiencing slight relapse into depressive episode but overall stability for almost a year!
