I feel very very irritable round my family, though not around my colleagues or friends. I haven't been this irritable for ages. Perhaps it's my period not sure. I want to buy a bag from Amazon again I just bought one three weeks ago . I can't control my impulses and I'm saying really mean things to my family.

SOrry your feeling this way ,, Would probably be a good idea to call your Pdoc and see about a possible medication tweak ...

Good Luck and let us know how your doing ((( Hugs)))

I don't know what your warning signs are, but irritability, lack of impulse control, and shopping attacks are usually among the mania warning signs for me. That's a good time to call the pdoc and get my meds adjusted so it doesn't get worse. As morethingswrong suggested, you might want to do the same.

I agree.... increasing irritability is a symptom to report to the pdoc. You dont have to go day after day feeling that way.
