I have had hypothyroid for a while. But now it's gotten worse - I've been on a higher dose of synthroid for about two weeks. Apparently, it takes a month to fully work. I just had an ultrasound two days ago of my thyroid. No results back yet of course. It's enlarged though. Hypothyroid causes many symptoms but the most annoying us being as tired as a little kid at the end of a long day but who doesn't want to succumb to sleep. Low thyroid also kills my metabolism and gives me a mental fog so that going to judo isn't all it could be. Not to mention I'm also on Zyprexa.
All of these stems from bipolar!! Ugh!!! Fml.

and by the way, I managed to stay awake all day (so far) today! WOOT! I SOOOOOO wanted to sleep this afternoon.

I was up all day also ,,, sure hope it allows me to sleep better tonight .. My sleeping has sucked lately

I slept all night. Then I went out for lunch with a friend and ate too much.
. Now I'm sitting in the car so my eldest can talk with some friends from his old school. Thankfully they have wifi.

Drs office called with ultrasound results. Seems they want to do needle aspiration on these new nedules on the other side. But no appointment yet.
Hating bp right now. And still bleeping tired.

My aspiration is set for Monday. I wonder if they'll change my meds now.

Hopefully they will figure out how to get you feeling better ..
I also have a Nodule that I keep having to get checked .. my blood work always comes back fine but they keep a close eye on it anyway. Im really tired of Doctors and meds they exhaust me ..literally . (((( HUGS ))))
