Omg I'm at the SLC airport about to board my flight home for treatment, and my anxiety spiked bad and now I have the overwhelming feeling for self injury, I want to burn myself. This sucks. I used to be a flight attendant, thus should be routine, but wow I'm wigging out. Omg.

Aww Chandler, do you think maybe it isn't just the flight alone, a combination of the flight, parking your truck, starting some new treatment, going home? It's alot to take in all at once. Remember to breath, in through the nose out through the nose to help slow things down. We're there with you in spirit. Supporting you.

Try to remain right in the present moment. Right now your just waiting to board the plane? Then just stay with that moment, not thinking forward or back. Just waiting. Then you will be in your seat on the plane. Just in your seat, nothing else. Your ok in your seat for each moment right. Just moment by moment.

I made it home to Erie, PA. Not without some issues, but I made it home safely. I had to stop and self medicate on some alcohol to calm my nerves but I am home now. Date with doctor on Tuesday.
