So much has happened to me since I found out I was Bi-polar. Lately things have been good. Now it feels like the hammer is going to fall. I feel my old friend, depression, coming over for a visit. I should have known. I was feeling good. It was mania being controlled by the drugs. Ah, but they can't give me antidepressants. That may cause mania. Now what? It's like a big black wave. You can see it coming, but there's no stoping it.

Call and talk to your psych doctor. If you see a therapist talk to them. That's all I know to do. That and enjoy feeling good while you can.
