Since diagnosis, I've had visual illusions from time to time. They started as flutters in my peripheral vision, but they are increasing in frequency and intensity. I now see things scurrying across the floor or a man sitting in my car or someone moving in my hallway at home. I know these illusions are not real. They only last for a few seconds, but they definitely freak me out. I was wondering if anyone else had similar experiences?

Yup. Seen a little girl that "disappeared". Had visual and auditory hallucinations. Sometimes I do see things out of the corner of my eye, but I think that can also be normal. Whole people are not!

This sounds like how my visual hallucinations develop. Starting out as things just in my peripheral vision and gradually becoming clearer and clearer and more centrally located. Antipsychotics have always helped me with this.
